HAPPINESS

Well every one of us wants to be happy in life. The oxford dictionary defines happiness as a feeling of pleasure. Bu the whole thing is quite relative. It all depends on how you see it. Something which makes me happy may not make you or anyone else happy. It is very interesting actually. When I think if I can keep someone (may be friends or any family member or anyone else) it depends on how the person thinks of it. It may so happen that you do everything you can to make the person happy but if the person thinks otherwise then you can’t help it. So it’s all relative according to me.

Some of us say we are very happy but there are others who say there is only sadness in their life. I think the basic mistake lies in our mindset. Most of us become happy when our wishes come true. But some things might go against our wish. This is where the trick lies. In such a situation many of us can’t help being sad and enter into spells of depression. This is may be because of the fact that humans are possessive of themselves, their friends and family. I believe we can help ourselves by thinking that everything happens for good and may be something big is coming our way. This is according to me the easiest way of being optimistic.

I would like to sign off with this sentence which came out by chance but now I find a lot of meaning in it. Just a analogy between science and happiness

“JUST AS THE ENTROPY OF THE UNIVERSE ALWAYS INCREASES THE HAPPINESS OF THE HUMAN RACE ALSO INCREASES”

  1. that's true, happiness lies in the way each person sees and understand this so called 'world'. it depends on any individual whether to accept an aspect or not. we have to believe that 'after every sad day comes a glad day'.
